I added a link to the search site SumoBrain.  SumoBrain is a service from the creators of FreePatentsOnline.  It was originally designed to be a subscription site, but is now being offered as a free service.  It requires registration and offers a number of free services including bulk download of patents.  The link to SumoBrain is in the US menu under the Tools sub-menu.
