FcRn CHO-K1 Cell Line
Description
FcRn CHO-K1 Cell Line stably overexpress human neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) and beta-2 microglobulin (B2M). The existence of B2M enables the stable expression of FcRn. This stable cell line is for measuring binding affinity and stability of Fc region of antibodies, Fc fusion proteins and antibody based biologics.
