CHO-K1/ Mouse CTLA4 Stable Cell Line

Description Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress Mus musculus cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA4) on the surface. The surface expression of mouse CTLA4 is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is designed for cell-based binding for screening antibodies binding with mouse CTLA4 and for evaluating target binding affinity.
