cAMP NOMAD DP1 Receptor Cell Line
Description
cAMP NOMAD DP1 Receptor Cell Line (DP1 Cell Line)
cAMP NOMAD Cells are cell lines stably co-expressing tag-free GPCRs and cAMP Nomad Biosensor to monitor G-protein modulation by cAMP release. Each vial of cAMP NOMAD DP1 Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs:
Human Prostaglandin D2 receptor 1 (DP1) with no tag
cAMP Nomad Biosensor (Green Fluorescence)
cAMP NOMAD DP1 Cell Line allows to assay compounds analyzing the G-Protein signaling pathway via cAMP production upon receptor activation. When an agonist binds to DP1, a G protein is activated, triggering a cellular response mediated by cAMP. This leads to an increase in green fluorescence intensity of cAMP biosensor. The activity can be easily quantified in living cells in a dose-response manner by fluorescence emission in a microplate reader.
